All out 100 percent can’t go any harder if you tried. You can’t do that for 4 mins. Maybe 20 secs if you’re really all out. I use the airdyne for 10 on 30 off. I can honestly put everything into those 10 secs and after the 2nd or third interval I’m gasping for breath the rest of the workout and I’m already at my max hr.
